Doosan Fuel Cell set strategic directions and activities for each task based on business connectivity and risk/opportunity considerations. With decision of appropriate level of resourcing and implementation timing, selected strategic tasks were divided into four types: “enhancing eco-friendly competitiveness," “expanding non-financial risk management," and “enabling stakeholder communication.“
