By entrusting collective bargaining to the company based on mutual trust, Doosan Fuel Cell's labor and management agreed to focus on the company's continued growth and its business competitiveness in a challenging external environment.

Doosan Fuel Cell secured more than 70% of orders in the first half of general hydrogen bidding market under the CHPS(Clean Hydrogen Energy Portfolio Standards) and is accelerating the commercialization of hydrogen fuel cells such as ▲ 5CSA (cell stack assembly), ▲ CCS (carbon capture and storage) linked PAFC development, ▲ low temperature solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) for power generation.

“Despite the difficult business environment, we will make efforts to develop robust labor-management culture,” says Jooseong Jang, Head of Doosan Fuel Cell Labor union. “We can grow together with the company that has shown trust.”

"I appreciate the labor union for entrusting collective bargaining with no negotiations for two consecutive years,” says Junyoung Park, Senior Vice President of Doosan Fuel Cell. “Doosan Fuel Cell will continue to do its best to develop labor-management relations and improve employee welfare based on cooperative labor-management relations."
