Doosan Fuel Cell Holds the 2nd Annual Meeting of Shareholders


Doosan Fuel Cell held the 2nd annual general meeting of shareholders at 10:00 am, March 29 at Grand Palace Hotel in Iksan, North Joella Province where Doosan Fuel Cell headquarters.

The company adopted electronic voting system for its agenda to allow shareholders to exercise their voting rights online without physical attendance while arranging the seating with appropriate social distancing and taking sanitary measures for the prevention of spread of the COVID-19 according to the government guidelines.

During this meeting, shareholders voted for approving financial statements; partial change of Articles of Incorporation; appointing independent directors who will be members of the audit committee; approval of the limit of consideration to directors and they were all resolved.

“Amid the COVID-19, many companies have been endeavoring to lead the way in the global Hydrogen market. Therefore, Doosan Fuel Cell focused on building a new business portfolio for expanding our presence in the global Hydrogen market under such daunting  conditions, while continuing to strengthen our market leading position in the global Fuel Cell market,” said Sookyung Yoo, CEO of Doosan Fuel Cell. “Challenging business climate couldn’t stop us from receiving KRW 1 trillion plus new orders for three years in a row  and surpassing our last year’s target of operating income and sales revenue.”
